Cutting edge, core-level healing
END-TO-END CLEARING

End-to-End Clearing is an original healing protocol I downloaded on my 4th plant dieta with ayahuasca and Noya Rao (tree of light.) More like a ceremony than a session, this ~3 hour clearing requires preparation and combines internal manual therapy (oral and pelvic floor) with shamanic technology for a complete clearing of the central channel.  Sliding scale available. Email me for details!

Weaving therapy into daily life
In-Home Care

Clients get extra benefits from in-home sessions. I’m able to gain and give more insights about how to weave interventions into their daily lives. Pediatric patients typically work in shared spaces with other family members, while pelvic floor patients will want to find a quiet space where they can deeply drop in.

Pelvic Reset with Dr. Liz and Nai Kaya!
Our innovative program combines the best of psychedelic wisdom and physical therapy and (massage and exercises) to reset both the energetic and physical yoni. We create a safe and welcoming space for all individuals and use trauma-informed communication. The weekend will include 1 ceremony, 2 master classes, vulva inspired arts and crafts, healthy meals and poolside play. Bring a friend!

Soul Play Festival – I’ll be offering 2 classes: one will include pelvic floor PT releases for women only, the second will be for partners of women who want to learn new techniques for enhancing pleasure during intimacy (this workshop was born at Burning Man 2022!), and 10 minutes of Stand-Up Comedy (this is me leaning into my edge, and I am soooo nervous/excited). PHYSICAL THERAPY:

SERVICES AND SPECIALTIES

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses very light touch to influence membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system (CNS). It is the intersection of manual and energetic therapy. Relieving tension in the CNS eases pain and restores optimal function. Conditions that benefit from this gentle approach include TMJ, migraines, pelvic floor pain, chronic pain, anxiety, sleep disturbance, trauma-related conditions, central and peripheral neurological issues, repetitive strain, and recent surgery.

PEDIATRIC PHYSICAL THERAPY

Liz brings together her background as a middle school drama teacher and school-based physical therapist to create a playful experience for mobile patients. She provides healing manual therapies and positioning programs to immobile patients. Parents and caregiver education is always a component of treatment. Check out some testimonials!

PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY

Pelvic floor physical therapy can include behavioral recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, increased body awareness, exercises, and manual therapy. Manual therapy may be done externally or internally depending on the patient’s comfort. During manual therapy, Liz constantly communicates with her patients for a co-created experience. Treatment can help pain, weakness, and dysfunction of the pelvic floor muscles. Liz is trauma-informed and has studied with Peter Levine, Gabor Mate, and Child Light Therapy. The first visit = 90 minutes, and subsequent visits an hour. Gloves, table, and a sheet is provided, but the patient should provide a lube of their choice.

CHRONIC PAIN

Chronic pain is a chance to deepen relationship to self through the exploration of the mind-body connection. It is one of the most perplexing and promising frontiers of physical therapy. Having worked on her own chronic neck pain for over a decade, Liz has studied pain extensively as both a patient and a practitioner. She has created a comprehensive protocol that includes evidence-based, PT, mindfulness, and out-of-the-box solutions to empower patients to take control of their chronic pain. Stay tuned for an online course offering coming soon to a platform near you, or book an individual session today!
